Night two with the Dome S1

Night two cooking on the Gozney Dome and I’m loving this thing. Tonight I made 4 pizza’s The usual suspects. One for me, the wife and the kid. This was also the kid’s first Dome pizza and they approve. Of course the 4th pizza is the garlic bread pizza. Something I should really get better at. But first things first. Recipe

This has been my go to recipe for the last few weeks and its given me some great results. The most difficult part is now getting the temp good since its getting colder. I tend to only make 1 day dough cause I just haven’t felt like I need to graduate to something that is multi day. But I think thats coming soon.

Steps along the way were to combine the ingredients into a dough and let it rest for 20 min. Then kneed and shape into a big ball in an oiled bowl. Cover for 2 hours.

After the 2 hours remove and ball the dough into 4 and place then in oiled babadoh containers. I really love these things. I was pushing the size limit here.

Rest for another 4.

Then cook.
